Even as the dominant species on our planet, human beings are not always as smart as we would hope. In times of unprecedented circumstances, such as that created by the COVID-19 pandemic, uncertainty often creates a divide in human behaviour. That’s why we created a global research study to understand the gap between what we are told to do, and what we actually do. At instinct laboratory, we know that behavioural science provides the best opportunity to close this gap and help keep people safer.
